Account and digital resource terms

The practical rules for using an account and the site's digital learning materials.

Status of these terms

Self-drafted on 12 August 2026, and self-drafted still. These are the working terms for the site. They are not a claim of certification, external approval or professional legal review. No solicitor has read them. A professional review is intended during the 2026/27 academic year; until this section says otherwise, it has not happened.

Who provides the service

The site is run by Oscar Song as Oscar Song Tutoring. These terms apply to free accounts and digital resources on this website. The privacy notice explains what information the account stores.

The account is free

  • Creating or using an account does not commit you to paid tutoring.
  • You must be 13 or over, give accurate account information and keep your password private. If you are under 13, ask a parent or guardian to use the contact page instead.
  • The account is for your own learning. Do not share access, pretend to be another person or use somebody else's account.

What you may do

You may use the revision pages, questions, worked methods, flashcards, trainers, checklists and permitted downloads for your own study. You may print them for that study and share a permitted resource with your parent, guardian, school teacher or current tutor to help with your learning.

What you may not do

  • copy, rehost, resell or present a substantial part of the resource library as your own product;
  • scrape or bulk-download the site, bypass account or access controls, probe security or overload the service;
  • automate attempts, scores, forms or downloads in a way that disrupts the service or gives a false result; or
  • upload or submit unlawful, abusive or harmful material, or reveal another person's private information.

Study support, not a promised result

The resources are study support. They do not replace the current exam-board specification, an official mark scheme or instructions from your school. No grade, mark, exam outcome, school decision or university offer is guaranteed. Check time-sensitive exam rules and arrangements against the relevant official source.

Availability and changes to resources

The site is not guaranteed to be available without interruption. Accounts or resources may be updated, corrected, replaced, paused or withdrawn for maintenance, security, safeguarding or changes to the service. Access to one resource does not promise that every subject, exam board, tier or tool will always be available.

Suspension or termination

Access may be limited, suspended or ended if an account breaks these rules, threatens another user, interferes with the service or creates a security or safeguarding risk. Where it is safe and practical, the reason will be explained. You can stop using the account at any time and use the export or deletion routes described in the privacy notice.

Changes to these terms

Changes will be dated on this page and apply from the stated date, not backdated. A material account change will be explained where practical. If you do not accept a future change, stop using the account and use the export or deletion options available at that time.

Questions and safety

Use the contact page for an account or resource question. Do not send a password. For help with a safety concern, use the safeguarding page.
